I refused because it was clear that this was (and still is) a glitch in the way their program deals with incoming WordPress blog emails. I subscribe to several WordPress blogs, and Postbox continually merges them in weird ways. It also has a strange glitch with the way it handles emails from WordPress blogs. It does not have as many addons, and the user has less opportunity for customization.
